We were in Longpont, France recently for a wedding at the Abbaye de Longpont, which was a Cistercian Monastery founded in 1131. The abbey church is a ruin these days, but other buildings are better preserved, despite suffering damage during the First World War.
It snowed for the first time in a few years overnight on 9th December 2017, so the next morning we headed out for a walk around to take a few photos.
